Friday's is my day at Oma's house.
You see, I wanted to make my MUM a cake for her birthday.
Oma was more than willing to teach me how.
Oma was more than willing to teach me how.
First Oma got me all set up on the Island with my Monkey.
Then you need to whip the cream till it's nice and thick.
Finger test for thickness.
Finger test for thickness.
As you can see, I'm really getting into this.
She showed me how to spread the whipping cream with my fingers.
And told me to leave my 'signature mark'.
That's all there's to it, MUM!
Happy Birthday MUM!
This was my Mum when she was my age....
Do you think mu Mum looks like me?
And guess what Mum's going to eat for breakfast?

ReplyDeleteLove it! A little sugar, some raw egg whites, throw in a few nuts, add some high fat whipping cream, and make that her Friday morning snack...and then document it all for her Mum to see. You would be asking for trouble...had you not turned out such a beautiful cake! She is adorable!! And I'm sure she will be wanting to bake cakes again and again!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday Suzanne! I think that was you and Ivy I saw at the post office yesterday. Have a wonderful birthday!
